Accessibility

Accessibility statement for the COVIMADI website.

Compliance status

COVIMADI is currently considered non-compliant with RGAA 4.1.2.

This conservative status applies until a valid formal audit is available to measure the exact percentage of compliant criteria.

Statement scope

This statement covers:

  • the website HTML pages
  • the main navigation, language switcher, and filter interface
  • the embedded PDF viewing experience within project records

Project PDFs remain available within the page and as downloads, but they are not yet audited document by document in this workstream. When needed, the HTML project page should be treated as the minimum accessible alternative.

Non-accessible content and known limitations

  • some embedded PDFs may not be fully accessible depending on the source file or the user agent
  • text alternatives for some older visuals may still require editorial migration
  • this statement is based on an internal review and not on a full formal RGAA audit

Contact channel

If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need an accessible alternative, please use the contact page.

Please include:

  • the page concerned
  • the issue encountered
  • the assistive technology or browser used, when relevant

Escalation

If you identify an accessibility issue that prevents access to content or a service and you do not receive a satisfactory response, you may rely on the applicable complaint and rights-enforcement channels.

Initial action plan

  • strengthen interface contrast and visible focus states
  • improve accessible messaging for filters and dynamic updates
  • document editorial requirements for alternative text and captions on informative visuals
  • progressively review PDFs and reflect their status in this statement

Multi-year scheme

The multi-year accessibility scheme and the more detailed action plan are being prepared and will be published on this page.
